When should I apply?

Plan ahead of time

If you’re an international student, we recommend you start the admission process at least 6 months before classes begin.

This way, you’ll have time to submit all the required documents to enroll at MIU and get your student visa from the U.S. embassy.

Requirements

To help you prepare, here is an overview of the required documentation:

  • Previous academic qualifications*.
  • MIU application form.
  • Non-refundable $150 application fee.
  • Your updated resume.
  • A copy of your passport or official ID.
  • English language level certificate (if required).
  • For international students: F1 student visa.

Contact the Admissions Office for all the information you need to enroll.

*To apply for a bachelor’s program, you must submit your high school diploma. To apply for a master’s program, you must submit your bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent. To apply for a Continuation Education program, you must submit your bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
